Triple Beetroot, Mixed Bean & Giant Couscous Salad
Red, candy and golden beetroot with mixed beans, giant couscous and home-grown herbs, finished with a light vinaigrette.
Sideways Lasagne
We took one look at a normal lasagne and thought, "That's a bit predictable." So we stood it up sideways, drowned it in rich beef ragù, showered it with parmesan and baked it until golden. Same destination, much more interesting journey. Served with salad and garlic bread.
Pie of the Day
Served with proper gravy, seasonal veg and your choice of hand cut chips, or creamy mash.
